Six service lines - advisory, documented, accountable.

Each engagement produces a written deliverable a program manager, auditor, or oversight body can stand behind. We do not staff guard posts, sell hardware, or take vendor commissions.

Boundary: This practice does not offer cybersecurity consulting, information-security architecture, cloud-security, penetration-testing, or digital incident-response services.

Why this small business is worth selecting.

Four reasons a contracting officer or prime might pick this team over a larger, broader firm.

SDVOB

Verified NYS SDVOB

Active cert #263028. Counts toward the statewide 6% utilization goal. State Finance Law §163(6)(d) discretionary-purchase authority may apply to qualifying NYS work, subject to the agency's determination and procurement requirements.

30+ yrs

Operational depth

30+ years of operational security experience, including 22 years of military service. The team has worked the problem from inside large organizations and small ones - assessments are grounded in what actually happens at the front line.

Advisory-only

No vendor incentive conflict

Silent Security Solutions does not sell hardware, software, or staffing services. Recommendations are not influenced by margin or referral. Government and prime-contractor clients receive a clean, defensible advisory output.

Right-sized

Small-business agility

Engagements are sized to the procurement vehicle. Fixed-scope, time-and-materials, subcontract, or an agency-approved discretionary purchase under State Finance Law §163(6)(d). No layered hierarchy, no oversold partner network - the senior assessor is also the deliverable author.

Available on request, under appropriate confidentiality.

Public-sector engagements often involve sensitive security information. We treat past-performance references the way client agencies expect - controlled disclosure with the client's consent.

For a request-for-information (RFI), a teaming conversation with a prime, or an evaluation panel needing representative engagement summaries, send a note to [email protected] with the relevant solicitation reference and we will respond with appropriate detail.

How to put us on contract.

Four documented routes, sized to the procurement reality of the buyer.

NYS §163(6)(d)

Discretionary purchasing

For NYS agencies, qualifying work may be purchased without a formal competitive process under the agency's discretionary authority. The agency determines the method and remains responsible for applicable notice, documentation, approval, responsibility, price-reasonableness, and aggregate-purchase requirements.

NYS OGS

Centralized contracts

NYS agencies and municipalities using OGS Centralized Contracts can route appropriate scoped work through that vehicle when our coverage applies.

SAM.gov

Federal direct & subcontract

Registered on SAM.gov with UEI and CAGE. Available for federal-civilian opportunities sized appropriately for a small business, or as a subcontractor / teaming partner under a prime.

Open SOW

Direct statement of work

For clients outside the SLED/federal funnel - municipal authorities, library systems, special districts - a direct statement of work with fixed scope and fixed price is the simplest route.
